After graduating from Rutgers College in 2003, Jeffrey Winick began originating mortgages in the Old City section of Philadelphia. Due to his work ethic, attention to detail, and creativity, he was offered several management positions early in his career. However, he decided not to pursue a management career path, as he quickly learned he loved helping clients directly and giving the very best mortgage consultative advice. 20 years later, Jeff is still working directly with his clients and realtor referral partners, and he truly loves helping people.  

Licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Jeff’s approach is very similar to a financial advisor where he requests every single piece of information possible for a given client, and then offers advice on the different options for his clients to take. He understands that a home purchase will most likely be the biggest and most important investment in a homeowner’s life. With that being said, Jeff knows that the financing to buy the home is crucial, so he does everything he can to ensure the homebuyer achieves their dream of ownership. He loves helping people achieve their dreams because it means so much to them.  

Jeff’s biggest niche is what he refers to as his “Mortgage Miracles.” These are the mortgages that Jeff can make work for his clients, even after other lenders have denied them. Jeff has “Mortgage Miracle” clients almost every month, and he takes pride in being able to help the families that other mortgage loan officers could not. 

Apart from his professional career, Jeff is the proud husband and father of two daughters. He is very passionate about his family, devoting most of his time outside of work to being with them. He and his family currently reside in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Jeff is also a member of the Freemasons, who are recognized as the largest charitable organization in the world in terms of donations.
